Membership

Being a member of Ascendance is easy, unlike many clubs, we charge a monthly membership, this alleviates the need for constant re registration and guarantees your place in the club from month to month.

All payments are taken automatically on the 1st of each month, please ensure there are no issues with payment going through, be it insufficient funds or card details needing updated. Our system is set to re try 2 days later, after this we will offer the place to a child on the waiting list.

We require all our gymnasts to purchase additional British Gymnastics membership each year https://www.british-gymnastics.org/ this is also compulsory for all competition entries throughout the year.

1) Encourage your child to have fun, respect our coaches and follow instructions.

2) Ensure that your child attends on time and always collect your child promptly at the end of a session. Due to our car park being busy, we require a parent/guardian to come to the door. If delayed for any reason, please contact us on 02844614082 & we will keep your gymnast safe until you arrive.

3) Ensure that your child is appropriately dressed for gymnastics.

4) Please ensure all contact details are up to date on your Class4Kids account.

5) Please share any concerns or queries about any aspect of the club with the Club Manager and not the individual coaches.

6) All fees for existing members must be paid each month via Class4Kids.

7) Support your child’s involvement and help them to enjoy their sport.

8) If you wish to leave, please email hello@ascendancegymnastics.com

Holidays

We operate all year round, we try to be in line with local schools and take the usual breaks such as Easter, July week, Halloween, Christmas.

Some months are 5 week’s and some are 4 weeks. These tend to even themselves out throughout the year.

We are not able to do make up classes if your class falls on a bank holiday.
